Resolved Question: Isn't interesting how Ron Paul is called the "father of the Tea Party", yet most Teabaggers don't support him?

Most Teabaggers don't side with his "non-interventionist" foreign policy or his lax views on drug laws or gay marriage. The original "Ron Paul Tea Party" was a Libertarian movement designed to get him elected back in 2007-2008. The current Tea Party began in 2009, which was unrelated, as it simply hijacked the name, and began as a byproduct of a certain segment of America being shocked & appalled that a black guy with an exotic name became President of the United States.
